As I've said before, if this were a public company and not an old boy's network, Fleming and his senior staff would be sacked with prejudice. What's going on at the exchange is a joke. No matter how he 'spins' it, Fleming can't hide he's way over his head but he's too arrogant to admit it.

Trust me, I'm not alone in this opinion.
