LE, That was a well written explanation. If the financial record is presented to NASDAQ that indicates to me that we are on the right road to accountability. The other point you brought up regarding the $4.00 share price also needs to be explored. How do we get there from here. We know a reverse merger will get us there, but at what cost? Correct me if I'm wrong, we need to have a combined company share price of $4.00 on day one. Is this share price market driven or set by the company as determined by the premerger share price of FAMH? I guess I am asking what mechanism determines the initial price. Kevin
