Remember....revenues from the huge Lockheed Martin contract, of course, won't be included in the 1997 Q4 numbers (obviously since it was only announced a few weeks ago), so we have THAT to look forward to for the next 3-4 quarters at least. Again THIS report (i.e the Q4 1997 report) will show around $17 mil in revenue and about breakeven to slightly positive performance in Q4.**

**NOTE: Technically be prepared for a sizable loss, but that is due only to the one time cost related to the closure of an unprofitable division. This is never looked upon as a negative because it is a neccessary move to focus on the profitable businesses, but I want everyone to be prepared for it. Needless to say, don't panic.

Mr. Muller says that the Lockheed/Us Postal contract could easily grow into a $20-30 mil contract in FIscal year 1998. Things will be fine, and we should see a nice, slow and steady uptrend after this week and especially next month as the first of the 6 PR exposure pieces hits the "newsstands".

HAPPY INVESTING,
Dave
