Pugs,

This is where we differ in opinion. You feel that putting pressure on Gary and Roland would be counter-productive. I say, what's the problem? They have certainly not been up-front with us.

You seem very confident about the money. I have no reason to be. Even if it were in the bank, why would Mike Puhr have to merge with RMIL? The commitment has long since passed.

If you have information that I am not privy to, please PM, e-mail, or call me at home (you have my number).

If you have no new information, then I feel it is in my best interests to bring attention to this situation. Let's face it, no matter what "the boys" cook up, the SEC will be all over it anyway. It better be good. It is too late to hope that no one will notice little RMIL.

I do not wish to post against you, my friend. I just need some reason to believe why it would be "counter-productive" to pursue the management of our company who, for all appearances, would seem to have abandoned us.

As you have read, there are some people (no matter how foolish they were) who have been hurt very badly by this. That stinks!

Very best regards,

Angel D

Got some big thunder-boomers here. You are about 20 miles NW. How is it by your place?
