selling from a fund seems to have dried up and the stock looks like it wants a reason to go higher - like maybe a JV announcement would help.

IR says that they have 4 companies interested and the one most seriously is a name known to diabetics (help me here). They are close to or have sold NIR device for agricultural use and this market is bigger than the human one and no where near as regulated.

CMET has just finished tests at McMaster in Hamilton w/ 150 patients and is compiling data for the FDA.
