Jeremic-- A WSTL/ORCTF would potentially sow up two of the top three U.S. telcos for ADSL. However, a lot would need to take place for something like this to happen. I think the higher probability might be Fujitsu buying Orckit. You never know though. WSTL may be holding high level meetings with Orckit right now to convince them a merger is in the best interests of both companies... Hal
