As for Mr. Proctor, the board believes he is currently selling and/or offering to sell. However, at 16› he is certainly limited as to the number of common shares in which he can have beneficial ownership. So, if investors who believe in Xecom start buying at these prices, Mr. Proctor's position will be taken care of and the share prices can start to rise again. Obviously, no one can tell ahead of time when the Xecom price will make a significant move. As to Xecom management, Edgar gives a complete breakdown on the board and gives background on the directors and management. It would be too time-consuming for me to reproduce that here. Go take a look. Xecom's transfer agent is Fidelity Transfer Company of Salt Lake City. The number of shareholders of record is 664. It's difficult to estimate the rest with pinpoint accuracy, but altogether there must be 2,000 to 2,500 shareholders. Dal Grauer
