I agree, there is NO DOUBT the company is RIPE for lawsuits! They pulled every dirty f%^$ing trick out of the bag and then put the bag over our heads! To me the lowest blow was the revenue projection (if it's false). The point is, everyone is pissed now, that's fine. But what can you do? You can't sue a company with nothing? You need to wait and see if they can get their %($* together and see if the price will rise. Once the price moves up the angry investors (myself) will be smiling again. At that point, if SEXI has money in the bank, the lawyers may try and convince investors to continue the lawsuit. Now, I don't know if you can sell your shares at a profit and still sue a company, probably? Who would....probably plenty (not me)! I would be VERY concerned if I was the company doing business with SEXI. How long are you going to be in business guys????? Aloha
