Well if you have some gazillionaire buddies with large $$$ sitting around not doing anything.... a couple of million share buy orders over the course of several days will do the trick... Also about calling the certs,,, there is some legal rulings (I am still trying to run down the case numbers) a group of investors called all the certs in the float and then sued the MM for over selling non certified or exsisting shares... guess what the judge ruled in the MMs favor... go figure. So I am not 100% sure calling certs will or wont help. Also today on the BW a couple of MMs are suing companies for not selling shares out of the company treasury to them to cover short trades... because of squeezes!!! So out side of the Divs I really dont have the answer to that complicated situation. KAA
