freeus, re: JNJ's artificial sweetener called sucralose. Derived from sugar but I don't think that means it's necessarily healthy. As far as JNJ stock, negative comments in today's Wall Street Journal about JNJ's stent products on page B7. Seems to be saying that earnings growth due to cost-cutting measures rather than revenue growth.
