Annual report is out. More shares in the making, the board wants shareholders to vote on:

1. 500,000 shares for employees options.

2. 1,000,000 shares for some other type of transactions (preffered shares?).

3. Increase the total number of shares to 60 millions from 40 millions.

4. They want a reverse split.
