The more I look at this the madder I get. If you look at the trail, there is but one person that was in a senior management throughout the bad times at EXso. That person is Sam Sexton . He was there in May of 96 when they made their first bad S-3 deal. The two others that were senior at the time are gone (Charles Chunn Jr, who was fired and later sued the firm, and Dr Edward Schrader, who resigned). Of the second wave of senior management only Connors has survived (Robert Vick was sacked and I find no mention of Larry Woodcock, but my guess is that he was forced out). I say let's get the tar. It's time to get the Lawyer! Regards Dave
