Let's clear the air about Ioptics:

Here is an excerpt from Christian's message to me. Note that he only wishes to share observations with us, and fortunately has the capacity to direct our questions to those within the company who are willing to answer:

"...Hi Rainier,

I see you posted my offer on SI. Everything's cool in that regard. I would like to be perfectly clear, however, that I do not possess any shares in the company, do not have any financial data, nor do I have any friends or close associates affiliated with Ioptics in any fashion. My name would elicit a big "Huh?" at the company...I am not an insider nor do I possess an iota of inside information.

What I do have is the vision to see how their product can potentially revolutionize not only the way in which computers access data but also redefine household appliances (or just about everything we use) as we know them. My usefulness to investors is that I can pose thoughtful & appropriate questions distilled from everyone on SI to someone within Ioptics who is willing and able to answer them..."

Let's keep the playing field a level one for Ioptics. There will be no need nor desire for insider information when considering this issue for investment or trading purposes.

Also, I understand that an IPO won't occur until sometime next year, so this will better be suited for your consideration at that time.
