I left the paper in its original form. The "WE" my inner circle of technicians. The "YOU" is the members of a DD laboratory staff that will remain a mystery for now.

For the World to be destroyed from my actions would have to mean that my research and technologies are as purported. If they are not, then there is no danger.

However, if my work is replicated, then it will only become a matter of time before gold will loose its luster as a precious metal.

Bob, if not me releasing now, it would be someone else in the near future. There are 100's of people working in this area.
