Mr. Sterling:

You have constantly been insaulting me and I have to warn you that I may have to take severe legal actions against you for slander. I believe Mr. Pedensky's brother in-law is currently in the process of submitting to SEC a number of legal actions against certain individuals on this board who continue to attack others, the company, its former and current management at a personal level. This can not be tolerated anymore. I sincerely hope Mr. Pedensky's brother in-law has been reviewing your posts on this board for which you have been anything but a naive slanderous poster.

Furthermore I have talked to my lawyers and you may soon be hearing from them for making slanderous remarks against me by misrepresentation of my comments and character. For your information I am neither Mr. Hickey nor know of him. I do hope Mr. Hickey (whoever that gentelman maybe) pays attention to your slanderous posts (especially the last one) and also takes sever legal actions against you.

I do not wish to continue my conversation with you since it takes away the focus from the discussion of this great and last golden investment opportunity of the 20th century (namely XECM). Therefore I will not respond to you any further. It is my hope that you realize of your errors as I am sure you will do so once Mr. Pedensky's brother in-law (and possibly my personal lawyers) contact you.
