You can confirm that Inversora Mael has an "interest" without Asensio's help. The fact of the matter is that a court decision is what you are waiting on, I think that much is clear, who do you think is in court ? A little web research will work too.
I have used two examples to illustrate Asensio's position because they are concrete examples of how this attack was set up. Note; one document was chosen from the beginning of the attack and one from the end to demonstrate that Asensio cannot afford to acknowledge anything contrary to his carefully planned set of "less than honest" statements
The document published by Asensio on March 3 has a headline that clearly sates that Crystallex has no direct or indirect interest, a sweeping lie, made possible by the fact that Asensio is willing to ignore the official gazetta of Land Titles in Venezuela.
The second document I referred to is published March 23 and uses all sort of official sounding titles to convince you it is fact. If you read it however you see that Asensio is serving up official opinion which is in direct contradiction of offical fact. Another "less than honest" statement.
Asensio has no excuse, he should be nailed for this one. This isn't research, it is robbery of the truth, plundering the innocent, ripping off the little guy, hooping you, the shareholder. This is a base tactic, no current facts, just a slew of lies, innuendo and official sounding opinions that are in direct contradiction of the facts. The little cyber storm troopers don't make it any easier for the reader do they.
