The problem earlier today was that Datek added a second express server.

How incompetent can a tech dept become? I am the webmanager of a rather large company and we would NEVER start changing DNS stuff during the day. That kind of things MUST be scheduled to after hours.
How can this happen? More importantly: How will Datek make sure it doesn't happen again? I am not talking only DNS here, but ANY change/update/whatever that may (and, for those of us who know Murphy's law, will) deny us traders the service.

PS. I also lost quite a considerable amount of money on the Island service going down.
