A mental stop loss is the point at which you would sell a stock to keep from losing your sanity, and/or commit an act of retaliation against the company for which you would later regret (unless you got away with it). Hope this helps! I'm surprised you didn't know about this one Bryan, it's in the investing section in "Boy's Life"...or maybe it was the "Weekly Reader", one of those two I'm pretty sure. Oh darn, I guess this belonged in the "Bar & Grill" folder, sorry folks!
