I guess that must be what Canadians call it, since they can short American OTC stocks, when American investors can't legally short American OTC stock... now that is what does not hold water... and another reason I don't care to invest in very many Canadian stocks to much washing and laundering going on up there, just look at that fine pillar of the investment community, The VSE.
