Eagle, just trying to wrap my simplistic mind around this one. If it is going to be aquired for a buck (in shares of an American pennystock, but still), why is it trading for 0.40? Obviously I am missing something here. It would seem though that with all that is about to take place, this one should be good to play. Thanks for the tip. Keep us posted, please.
