I agree, why are you telling me SOE is very light in assets? My post you are referring too... >>"What is the normal fee...33%? If you have an average price of $2.50 than your theoretical breakeven is $1.65 on a lawsuit. Anything over that is money in your pocket, not your lawyers. However, your lawyer can't put in a sell order and collect in 3 days. He needs to locate and freeze assets (IF THEY EXISTS) and then split them up with all the rest of the plantiffs. Unless SEXI has approx. $20 million in assets, a lawsuit would be a prolonged agonizing journey". My point for mentioning this was, IF the price starts to move up I HOPE MANY REALIZE that a lawsuit is useless. You are better to sell and get out if your want. (I'm looking longer term, need to cut down on my daily conversation here or I'll drive myself and probably others crazy :) I don't think SOE has much in terms of assets either and completely agree with your orphaned engineers analogy, humorous!
