Absolutely not. For one example think of Bre-X. This just means that they hired a consultant to do some work, period. This is not to say it is a bad thing! Just do not throw away common sense or ignore obvious shortfalls because they hired Strathcona. I can hire Strathcona to do a resource estimate on any old piece of ground. I guess it comes down to my investing philosophy in junior mining: I don't care what they have as long as someone will buy my shares next week at a minimum 20% return. So if they are on the move that may be all the DD some people need.

Breaking out high grade sub-intervals is now required by the various exchanges but it takes a keen eye and a sheet of graph paper to understand intervals as they are presented here. It is important to note that 1m of 10g/t, 1m of nd, and 1m of 20 g/t does not make 3m at 10 g/t.

A resources estimate with this multi-element suite should prove to be pretty complex as long as they don't try to turn everything into gold equivalent.
