As a follow up to message 313. Represents the sale of a machine from Igen to this company so no patent infringements on this one. Speaking of patents according to the March SEC filing regarding the private placement Igen owns 18 US patents with 69 more pending and 54 patents worldwide with 150 applications pending. Patent law is quite complicated but I do feel the company has protected its technology well.
