Ned, the DHEC air quality offices are somewhere in Columbia, SC, and the area code is 803. All the numbers I listed are DHEC offices. Keep in mind, I don't know how big these bureaucracies are and how many people are involved. You may have to search for the person doing the GRNO application work. Charles P. S. For what it's worth, looking at some old LP documents, I see one signed by Carl Richardson saying that the plant has been granted the 250 g/h permit and saying that if there are any comments to contact Robert J. Brown, Jr. (803) 734-4538 who is the engineer that did the work at the time.
