I think this is the best news I've seen on SYSF in quite awhile, but I don't know if there will be any impact on revenues for awhile.

But partnering with a name like CA and getting a foot in the door on the corporate help-desk side instead of only consumer-related stuff has got to be VERY GOOD NEWS for SYSF.
