And do what? Sue a company with no assets? What would a 250,000 share buyback do for a stock that had (we thought) approx. 20 million UNRESTRICTED shares? Nothing! We had trades of 50,000, 100,000, 300,000 going through that could have been the buyback if it were to happen. If we were lucky, the shares would have been 5 blocks of 50,000 and a price rise from say $2.00 to $2.25. Then you throw in the bid/ask factor and the overall gain is mute. The positive 'I saw' was the fact that Huttoe said everything if fine, we have plenty of cash and we are still looking for out $40+ million Fiscal '97 goal in February. Where was he when he made this stupid announcement.....a crack house in Miami? Aloha
