Kerm/Maxx
I owned Maxx a couple of years ago, buying on the reputation and expertise of Burl Aycock who I believe pretty well brought this company up from scratch.
I had high hopes that were never achieved. Quarterly reports looked good, annual meetings augured well but little happened to the stock. Even recently, with all the fervor over its US plays ( Ark?Okla? Kan?) nothing dramatic has happened to the stock except an occasional blip.
While I made a few dollars off Maxx, very few, to me, this company is a perennial disappointment and the stock consolidation announcement further convinces me not to return to it.
Good luck and kind regards
TM
