A while back, there was a large block trade that you assigned to Anixiter. Based on this news, do you still think this was true? Did they sell a portion and now they have another buyer in Antec and TCI? If not, who was the seller, and buyer for that matter. Very interesting to see TCI adding more shares. I thought TCI wanted to sell their stake in the joint, but now buying more ANTC shares? They also have options for additional shares. Looks like TCI is still commited to ANTC. They really need their cash for expansion of infrastructure. Why buy more Antec? Will they buy the whole company? So, I guess the share float will become more favorable. The market seems to like the news. Regards, Mark
