It was implied. Picky picky picky. Now you are saying they are going to buy some units. Your original statement was:

"I'll make this little bet with you. If Brooks doesn't deploy Osicom's Gigamux into their network within the next 3 months, I will disappear from this thread. If they do deploy, you will disappear"

Is deploy the same as sales? I think not. I'm sure you will claim that units deployed for trials are technically deployed. Like I have said before, you can't just take what management says at face value with this company. You have to read into what they are saying. Are they saying deployment for trials or deployment in the network carrying live traffic after trials are completed? Technically they might not be lying if they say deployed and it is deployed for trials. Deployed is a generic word and can mean a lot. Technically management of this company is sneaky and you can't trust what they say. They tried to con everyone into believing that NASA was interested in testing their Gigamux for purchase. We find out later that NASA is just testing the units with no current intentions of purchasing it and for all we know FIBR is probably giving them price concessions on other products in exchange for the tests.

Osicom may sell some evaluation units within 3 months. Big deal. Osicom may unload some Gigamux's at below cost so they can add one more name to their distinguished list of customers and name drop some more. I'm sure Osicom can find some big name customers that will lend out their name if Osicom practically gives the stuff away. They are just the company to do it. That is why you see gross margins in the 30% range when management has been promising a move to 50% for a long time.
