Nice to be back in the friendly confines... 1) It is interesting that Prudential does not appear to use Rational products (atleast they are not one of the large named accounts) 2) Do they have a board spot? 3) Any history or tendencies for Pru to move into this sector? 4)Doesn't really say what their voting rights are with that class of stock, or did I miss it? Anyone have a thought? 5) It says that these were acquired over the normal course of business- what does that mean? Were they an initial investor or have they accumulated over time?
