No. What Jobs wants is brilliance - "yes men" can't deliver. He has said 10 excellent people are better than 100 average people (paraphrased) and I agree. He doesn't tolerate bulls**t. He would accept an argument that makes sense TO HIM. This may not be "fair" but will produce excellent results if he can get the right people

They are very tough to find, but Tevanian for example fits the mold and is obviously sticking with Steve.

If Jobs came to me and asked me to sell my business and come change the world with him ("or just keep selling sugar water to kids" like he said to Sculley) I would.

Love him or hate him, he is the man for the job.
