Hi Suresh -- you are quite right about Neely. But to use your example to show the variations in interpretation of the wave structure, Neely who agrees with Wol.. re being close to the epi-center of primary wave 3, used to say that Wol.. was premature in calling for that -- since W.. has been calling for it for the past two years or so. So even those who agree on the wave structure, sometimes don't agree on the timing. In fact, if my foggy memory serves me right, Neely used to say that we would get to the epi-center around the year 2000 --he seems to have accelerated his time frame.
