I don't know much about insider trading, but if Mr. Patrick has nothing to do with the company, is he still required to file the Form 4? Or is it only for insiders? Also, I think Paul deserves something better than just a swine rating. Maybe something at least like a "strong swine rating"? Can't you upgrade him?
