Meathead, I don't think COmpaq is having any problems with its Pentium II's. Its the Pentium MMX and the Pentiums Pro's that Compaq is trying to get rid of. Smaller companies who are price conscience will be tempted to buy these machines instead of the Pentium II's. By the way, Do you work for Dell? -Eddie
