mark - IVAC reported last nite that they saw an increase in quote requests which "might" be an indication that next Q will be the bottom. EXBT reported well last night and SEG is rumored to be preparing for positive comments tonight in their CC. I think today's reaction is everybody preparing to fish the bottom. If SEG CC tonight is positive then you'll see a pop this week IMO. todd
