The Babylonian Talmud is the foudation of modern Judaism---in contrast to the Israel or Temple Judaism of the Old TEstament. You are confusing the Israel of God of the Old Testament with the Israel of God in the New Testament. You seem to have a problem applying Gods' revealed Word that Antichrist means those who reject Christ. To speak of antichrist modern Judaism and Israel as "having a problem with Christ" is to attempt to deny the simple meaning of the Word of God. God gave Christians the inspired meaning of antichrist to protect them. Israel is an antichrist nation just all who reject Jesus are antchirst. Why would any Christian try to deny the simple meaning of antichrist given in the Bible?
