I've spoken to CVIA this week. They have real world money waiting on the sidelines for their next acquisitions. This has been very well planned. CVIA described the WOTD folks as "industry pros" with experience in IPO's. I heard they filed their first SEC paperwork yesterday defining WOTD, although not yet available since the merger was not complete. Should be an interesting next few days and weeks...
