Is there something I'm missing here... "The total number of outstanding shares after the reverse will be approximately 390,000 shares. The total authorized number of shares will be reduced from 150,000,000 to a total of 50,000,000 authorized." In the news release, it said that there was 150,000,000 shares and the would be 50,000,000 after the split... Shouldn't this just leave 500,000.00, with a 1 for 300 reverse... Just curious...
