Jay, I was hoping you'd tell us! <g>. Here's my guess. We all heard that the Massachusetts judge was being reassigned as of 11-1. That would lead most anyone to expect that we'd have a ruling today. On the assumption that the Biosafe permit is not going to be revoked, some may have speculated today was a good short term buy. The later volume may be herd behavior, or maybe there really was a ruling. I won't know until I read tomorrow's S-T on the Webb (about noon). Maybe someone wants to call them, or the court, or the company, and let us know sooner. Actually, I'll be out of town tomorrow, so lets hear something this PM. Allan
