to all: I spoke with Marla Gale today; thanks Marla, for the info. Basically, not much has changed. Kinross is on site. They are currently analyzing all reports from MIQ, BX, and the former operators. I do not know who they are, but it might not be a bad idea to find out, and talk to them. Kinross expects to be drilling in a month or so, once they have digested all the info they have. This analysis is for a detailed drill program. The % of POD that BX will get is not known yet, but is expected to be 25%. Marla does not know what Brex's financial obligations will be. There will likely be an announcement of the final details sometime in May, before, or with the drilling commencement news. Another piece of info, is that as of six months ago, insiders held about 15% of the shares. Marla seems to think that this has not changed significantly. That's all for now. joe
