They may get the price up to the NASDAQ reqmt with this 300-1 reverse, but to those brilliant Peter Lynches of CVIA/WOTD, they forgot that you need to have a million shares min in the float to make the NASDAQ and that million needs to have a value of $5MM. Once they start dumping shares into the float out of that newly reduced authorized of 50MM, they'll make the 1mm share criterion but I seriously doubt the stock will be at the 4 to 5 dollar level anymore. Sure hope old Jack doesn't fill prescriptions this way. TG
