Without seeing the full recommend from the brokerage, I'm sure the upgrade is based on price alone. I'm basing this on how long it took after the earnings release it took for them to respond w/o benefit of add'l major positive news. I hope your right on your long-term prediction. I'm looking at my investment as a mildly-risky part of my portfolio, as we all do need to recognize that the current R&D projects are gambles that possibly may not pay out. I think that they will succeed, but don't fail to recognize the risk involved.
