Ciao; The only projection for this year I have seen is in the 3/4 results, which states they expect to do $ 7,000,000 dollars in sales for the year 1998, which ended on March 31. With approx. 3.4 million for the first 3/4's, that means they expect the last 1/4 to have 3.6 million in sales. That includes the sales of Poly fab, which had $12,000,000 in sales on it's own in the year ended Oct. 31st/97. Now then, could someone explain to me how: a)they had sales of$1,300,000 in the 2nd 1/4 without polyfab. b)they had sales of $1,900,000 in the 3rd 1/4 ,which includes 2 months of polyfab sales, which had approx. 1,000,000 a month in sales all by itself. c) They are projecting sales of 3.6 mil for the 4th 1/4,of which Polyfab -by itself-should be responsible for 3 mil-if it is still doing 12 mil a year in sales Have sales in the magnifoam division gone from $1,300,000(2nd 1/4) to $600,000 in the 4th? As for the future, the 3/4 report says Long Island, Chicago, and New Jersey have all had delays, and will be included in fiscal 1999. The new silicon plant,Qsi,comes online in 1999,and they also have the MFSaf-t-Matt sales.I have no idea as to how the financing will effect the 4th 1/4,as far as the bottom line is concerned ,and who knows how much the silicon plant will earn, or how much money it will save the company to have it's own supplier? Patience seems to be essential for shareholders of this company. The 4th 1/4 report is probably going to be released at the end of May. Anyone notice that of the last 175,000 or so shares, almost all have been purchased by Midland? |
