OT RE: ASDV FWIW, I have heard good things about ASDV. CEO Wadwhani's brother is CEO of Mastech (MAST), a very successful IT outsourcing firm. Mastech CEO Wadwhani is a very impressive individual. If ASDV CEO Wadwhani resembles his brother, the company is in very capable hands. Have heard that ASDV has quickly built a parts database in India and has a competitive advantage that will be difficult to overcome. Don't know how the scenario plays out relative to ERP space. Collision or cooperation is the question. I suppose odds favor cooperation as the chimp prospers on the back of the gorilla. SC
