Greg: I learned from bitter experience several years ago that it is the new guys with the money that call all of the shots and they do not care about shareholders of the reverse merger candidate. When it happened to me, I started off with 1200 shares at $5 in the original company ( which was a bad investment in itself ) which were converted to 12 shares at $5 in the new company which prompty fell to under $2. My original $6000 is now worth $24 (:o) Live and learn Gary
