Trey the problem's are the following:
1. Lost Contracts that we thought were sewed up
2. Meaningful deployment that was expected in the latter part of 97 is pushed into 99 with Westel currently not involed.
3. BA could go the way of GTE
4. There is a very small group of potential customers and none have chose to deploy Westell other than small meaningless trials .
5. Unknown regulatory delays.
6. Current stock market is flying, once it get a few bumps it will most certainly be felt by Westell
7. By the time deployment takes place there will be newer players and competing technologies

Trey I'm glad you are so optimistic. But remember those DEC call options that you were going to buy that new house with and your enthusiasm then. Its going to be a long time until anyone is going to make money on this dog.
