I am not at all surprised. Heck,Cisco could not even make their own campus network works reliably,not to mention their customers ' network. Marketing can only do so much ...-)) ENgineering is what finally counts ... not high-level wheeling dealing which John Chamber has been doing ... After a while,customers will find out who are the deserving vendors. GL
