Consolidated Ventures Holdings and Yanks Peak Resources have entered into
an agreement to purchase, each as to a 50% interest, certain metallic and
industrial mineral permits submitted to Alberta Energy from Raynard William
Howarth for $17,230.03.
Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consists of a one time
cash payment of $1,250 payable to YPR and 22,919 common shares of Venturex
and 50,000 common shares of YPR. Under the agreement, Howarth will retain a
2.5% net diamond royalty, and Venturex and YPR have the right to purchase
1% of the diamond royalty for $1,000,000.

Columbia Yukon Resources and Consolidated Venturex Holdings have entered into an agreement to
purchase, each as to a 50% interest, certain metallic and industrial mineral permits submitted to Alberta
Energy from Raynard William Howarth for $67,000.
Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consists of a one time cash payment of $10,000
payable by the company and a total of 100,000 common shares of the company and 100,000 common
shares of CVA. Under the agreement, Howarth will retain a 2.5% net diamond royalty, and the
company and CVA have the right to purchase 1% of the diamond royalty for $1,000,000.
