The call volume doubled is correct. I bought 10 of the Nov 15 calls myself. Why--because I expect BEL to start deployment as promised in latter half of '98. This should hopefully send the stock price up to Orckit's level. The downside here is that: a) BEL does nothing--ergo, I am screwed. b) Given a phenomenal announcement by GTE, why in the world is Orckit only trading at 22 and change? This may not portend good price increases for WSTL either. GTE is starting deployments in TWO MONTHS! Why is Orckit around 22?! Hal
