It would be nice if a reverse split of this magnitude to be accretive to existing shareholders. But the reality is that the reverse split was done to permit issuing shares after the reverse at very high levels compared to now.

Even with a major tank AFTER the reverse, when they issue shares post reverse, they will receive significantly higher bucks than if it were done at .02.

It was done for their benefit and certainly not shareholders of record.

A look in the future...390,000 shares in the float. Even if the stock drops to .005 by the 17th, after the reverse, it will be $1.50. They slowly ooze out a million shares and the stock starts dropping. It is common to fall 60 or more percent soon after a reverse. They get those million issued at an average of say a buck..that's a million dollars!! More than the REG S generated. Hell, maybe they'll do another reverse after ward.

What we saw today was a linear reduction in price, 50% on the bid.

After the reverse, we could see one or two orders of magnitude drop in price.

I knew we'd get to a quarter and kind of knew it would be this way.
